James Heslegrave

After being the in the catering industry managing many establishments hotel, pubs and bar for the past 28 years. James climbed the ladder of catering with Leeds based business’s & high volume national to start his own business in 2017. He has now brought his own company & skills to manage & run Hoyle Court. The whole ethos of fresh food, great services plus the skills of managing events & weddings makes this a new & exciting addition to his other 2 business’s. James brings all the elements needed to make Hoyle Court an all-round conference, events & wedding venue.

With over 17 years in pubs, cafes, functions & restaurants Matthew has helped to develop multiple establishments with his style of classic cookery & presentation. Originally training in Leeds Matthew then decided to move to Bradford where he has stayed for the past 9 years Managing kitchens is in his blood driving the performance & quality in all that he does. Matthew after work along side James at other business’s is now focused on food & service for all of Hoyle Court.

Darren after training for 10 years with high volume pubs & bars has brought his skills to work alongside James front of house operations at Hoyle Court. His skills in operations & customer services contribute to the smooth running of Hoyle Court. Service, product & standards are a true passion to Darren which shows when delivering for all customers.

After many years in high end hotels & restaurants Mark came to Hoyle court 18 years ago & never left. Being the most senior member of the team Mark shows how the old standard of food can be integrate to work with new styles & formats to make Hoyle Court a amazing place to eat. Working alongside Matthew they produce fresh food & exciting menus for new and old customers. Working with previous operators to make weddings & masonic events run smoothly over the past years His commitment to all makes all at Hoyle Court smile.
